Digital Culture Senior Manager

Job Summary & Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, embed strategies, define and implement digital culture experiences and services ecosystem. 

Develop best-in-class digital culture experiences and services in order to shape a long-term digital growth and transformation strategy. 
Identify & pilot digital innovation projects that will help business to grow through a digitised enterprise. 
Collaborate with a network of internal and external stakeholders to define new ways of working, this includes the coordination of cross-functional digital experts, Commercial, IT, Global Digital functions. 

Develop and transfer know-how of digital experiences and services data:
Develop, use and implement dashboards and measure success of our digital programs and digital pilots 
Influence all key digital roles in the system to ready the business up for future ways of working. 

Develop prioritized partnerships with key external partners: 
Drive innovation and integration and leverage high-level partnerships with key digital partners. 

Communication Complexities:
High complexity is given the impact of digital change across all functions 

Internally:
Co-create a shared vision of the growth through digitising the enterprise and align with System Digital Leadership. 
Influencing across the Marketing, Commercial and (e. g. Brand teams, Connection/Media managers) and BU leadership team as well as balancing immediate and long-term priorities 
Coordinate with Commercial, Content Excellence, Connection/Media & Procurement, Country Brand, and Media Managers. 
Expert level exchange with Global Digital Functions as well as IT experts. 

Externally:
Develop close partnership and collaboration with digital teams in a joint vision on digital products & services. 
High-level partnerships with external key partners. 

This role requires the capability to understand and drive the digital business transformation holistically and anticipate how it affects multiple roles and functions. 
Multi-dimensional problem solving and balancing immediate and long-term priorities (adhoc IMC/digital delivery vs long-term Digital Strategy and Digital opportunities). 
A complex digital ecosystem with multiple stakeholders. 

Analyse the status quo in a multi-country BU in which (local) digital projects have been implemented, resulting in a recommendation on a long-term strategy as well as identification of opportunities for digitisation of the enterprise and growth through experiences and services. 
Recommendation on strategic focus, investment/budget dimensions, priorities as well as organisational structure (in the long-term). 

Role will be a key culture change management role, responsible to drive the strategy and find new ways of working. 
Refining the organisational structure and ways of working across the digital marketing and commercial spaces on the mid-/long-term.
