I am an entrepreneur, a recruiter and career development specialist. I have over 25 years of experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies and profiling. I founded in 1998 my own recruitment and career development agency called Jobprofile. That’s where I developed my experience, practicing a talent management combining professional and technological tools for recruitment, as well as a human and individual expertise for candidates profiling and for my clients’ challenges (multinationals, SME, public companies). Jobprofile provides a recognized range of services such as career coaching, recruitment, talent management, organizational development consulting and outplacement.

My added-value resides on a constant watch of the market and its requirements and, the passion to serve my clients and foster a lifting and positive effect on their career and global wellbeing. I designed comprehensive career development programs especially for outplacement, career transition and individual coaching, providing the tools for a new start and making a true transitional step in one’s career evolution.

I believe that career success and satisfaction are achieved by individuals who take charge of their careers. These individuals typically understand themselves, detect changes in their environment early and create opportunities for themselves by learning from their mistakes.

I studied at the School of Management and Communication (Geneva) and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. I also took numerous training courses provided in HR, PNL, psychology and transactional analysis. 

I began my career with Adecco. Then, founded in 1998 my own recruitment and career development agency called Jobprofile.
